With over 20 years of experience in educational and community settings, Anne supports children and young people with diverse needs across both mainstream and special education environments. Her experience includes one-to-one and small group support for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, anxiety, and complex behaviours, as well as in-home life skills development and community participation.
Anne is highly trained in positive behaviour support, trauma-informed practice, autism and sensory supports, mental health first aid, and crisis intervention. She works collaboratively with families and support networks to deliver consistent, respectful, and goal-focused support that builds independence, confidence, and long-term outcomes.
